From "Color Outside the Lines" to "GreenGreen"
CORTIS built their identity around a create-it-yourself, color-outside-the-lines ethos, and 2026 is where it paid off. Their second EP, "GreenGreen," dropped on May 4, led by the single "RedRed," and debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with more than 2.3 million first-week units β remarkable numbers for such a young group. Earlier in the year they also appeared on the soundtrack for the animated film "Goat" with "Mention Me," widening their reach beyond the usual K-pop channels.
"Put Your Phone Down": The First World Tour
The biggest milestone came with the announcement of CORTIS's first world tour, "PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN," running from July 18 to September 6, 2026 β 13 shows across nine cities in South Korea, Canada, the United States, and Japan. The run kicked off with two nights at Incheon's Inspire Arena, and the Incheon and North American legs sold out. The tour's name is a knowing wink at how chaotic their airport and public appearances have become, with cameras everywhere β an invitation to fans to be present rather than just record.
