I spent a long time researching clinics in Seoul before booking, and I chose this one very intentionally. I wanted somewhere discreet, very well reviewed, not overrun with influencers, and able to do the exact combination of treatments I was after in one place. I also knew going in that it would be more expensive than many other clinics, and I was fine with that because I was prioritizing quality, privacy, and a very specific treatment plan.
The treatments I had done were:
β’ Sofwave, full face + neck
β’ Thermage FLX, full face + neck
β’ Ultherapy Prime, jawline/cheek area
β’ Oligio Eye, under-eye/eye area
β’ Trap Botox
β’ Lip flip / upper lip Botox
β’ Botox to mouth corners
β’ Pico + Genesis + LDM + sheet mask
When I priced out a similar mix of treatments in the U.S., I estimated it would have been well over $12,000, so at the start I actually felt very good about my decision.
The day itself started off really well. I was greeted warmly, the consultation was thorough, and I felt confident in the treatment plan we landed on. The clinic is beautiful, well-appointed, very clean, and everything is done in private rooms, which I appreciated. I also had multiple doctors involved throughout the day and a permanent translator with me, which made communication easy. We started with the shoulder Botox and lasers, and those parts were painless and straightforward.
Where things went very wrong was the timing and overall management of the day.
I was originally told I would be there from around 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Instead, I ended up leaving at 5:30 p.m. At one point, they left me waiting for over three hours while staff went to lunch, and no one clearly explained what was happening. I only had one day in Seoul and had planned to use the rest of the afternoon for shopping and enjoying the city, so losing essentially the entire day was extremely upsetting. I also had not eaten, and by the end I was exhausted, angry, and honestly in tears.
What made it worse was that there was no meaningful acknowledgment of how badly this affected my day. They did not offer compensation, a refund, or really any solution that matched the inconvenience. By the end I was so upset that I would not even let them take final photos.
So my review is mixed.
On the treatment side, I genuinely cannot say anything bad. The procedures were done well, I felt well cared for clinically, and I am happy with the results.
On the experience side, it was one of the most frustrating clinic experiences I have had because the scheduling and waiting completely derailed my only free day in Seoul.
If you are considering this clinic, I would say:
β’ go here for quality, privacy, and a strong clinical setup
β’ Mae sure to be strict on timing with them. Or be comfortable with the possibility that the day may take far longer than promised
β’ eat beforehand and do not plan anything important after your appointment
In the end, I got good results, but the way the day was handled really overshadowed what should have been a very positive experience.

I had such a smooth experience at Yaan Clinic for Ultherapy Prime. The clinic itself is incredibly spacious and aesthetically pleasing, which made the whole visit feel much more relaxed. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon and the check-in was fast and efficient.
The staff were so friendly and looked after me the entire time, and since it is an English friendly skin clinic, I didn't have to worry about any language barriers during my consultation. They really provide a 1:1 tailored experience without any pressure. It is definitely a top-tier foreigner friendly clinic in Seoul for anyone looking for professional service and great results. I will gladly come back on my next trip.

I had been curious about trying Korean skin treatments for a while, mainly because I was dealing with dryness across my whole face and redness around my cheeks, along with noticeable pores around my nose. Before starting any procedures, I had a fairly detailed consultation where they examined my skin and explained which treatments might help address these concerns.
What I appreciated during the consultation was that it felt honest and realistic. Instead of promising dramatic results right away, they explained that improving skin condition usually takes consistency and regular care. I did Oligio + Shrink Universe + LDM treatment! Staffs and doctor were so kind and friendly. And doctor keep explaining about treatment really well during treatment session! And With English-speaking staff available, foreign visitors can visit without any worries!!
