I had a really positive experience at this clinic overall. The staff were kind and responsive throughout the process, and the surgeon took time during consultation to explain the procedure in detail and answer my questions honestly. I appreciated that they gave realistic recommendations instead of pushing for unnecessary procedures. The clinic itself was very clean and organized, and communication before and after surgery was smooth.

The clinic was very friendly with my greeting everyone I went. Throughout my process Dr. Choi was very detailed, from analyzing my case before making final decisions on what I should do to during the surgery. I like how the clinic is not pushy at all with making you do things you may not be comfortable with unless necessary. I enjoyed coming to this clinic.

I had a wonderful experience here as my first time getting a rhinoplasty, epicanthoplasty and incisional double eyelid with ptosis correction surgery. I definitely recommend this place as it is very clean, peaceful and professional.
