Seoul Sungae Hospital boasts a long history, and its accessibility via public transportation is neither particularly favorable nor unfavorable for patients. Despite its size, the hospital lacks amenities and the surrounding area's infrastructure is lacking. However, the friendly staff is particularly impressive.

As a guardian, I was not adequately informed about the medical procedures administered during my mother's final moments (oxygen removal, nebulizer treatment, and the rapid deterioration of her condition following the sputum removal procedure). As a result, I was unable to attend her death. Afterwards, I requested an explanation from the medical staff, but their rudeness was obvious, and their evasiveness and delays were blatant. I finally requested an official explanation through the Customer Service Center. However, the hospital has so far refused to respond, even to the Customer Satisfaction Team. There was even an instance where the oxygen shutoff valve was unlocked, preventing oxygen delivery and resulting in low oxygen saturation levels throughout the day. I would like to hear the hospital's official position on the medical judgment and treatment of terminally ill patients. And why has the hospital remained silent since my complaint was filed?
