I am an Indonesian living in Seoul and find the hospital is fast action and foreigner friendly. I have stiffness on my knee and apparently have fluid on my knee. In my case, they can do mri and the necessary action in the same day. I made the reservation through their whatsapp and i was accompanied by translators in every step so it's very comfortable.

Super efficient and so helpful. I had an English speaking guide who stuck with me the whole time and did a great job of taking my medical history and explaining what I wanted to each person I interacted with. I had an x-ray, consultation, MRI and another consultation all in 3 hours, at a totally reasonable price.

Helpful assistance throughout. Staffs are friendly and supportive. Explanations by doctors are clear. Sequence of lab tests could be improved though: Went thru MRI and Xray twice, each round after seeing different physician. Overall a positive experience of treatment in a foreign land. I have had back issues for a few months. Scheduling an appointment was easy through WhatsApp and I had a wonderful English translator. The doctor spoke excellent English as well. I was able to get an xray, MRI, and consultation in about an hour. Very pleased with my visit. I highly recommend.
