Got my consultation here at Link for DES, the clinic is quite clean and nice. The staff and the translators here are also very friendly. Their new retro photo machine is so cute where they offer free services or snacks.

I came to Link Plastic Surgery as a serious, well-researched international patient inquiring about four procedures: upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, deep plane facelift with neck lift, and revision rhinoplasty. I asked reasonable pre-consultation questions β including whether they could provide general pricing ranges β and was told that "only the doctor and his medical team could give precise answers." Fine. But when I followed up asking if they could at least give me ballpark figures so I could make an informed decision as someone flying in from another country, they simply stopped responding. Completely. No acknowledgment, no explanation, no courtesy reply. Nothing.
This is not a clinic that takes international patients seriously. If you cannot be bothered to respond to a prospective patient asking basic questions before committing to travel across the world for surgery, you have no business marketing yourselves to a global clientele. The ghosting alone tells you everything you need to know about how they will treat you once they have your money β or more accurately, once they decide you're not worth their time.
There are exceptional clinics in Seoul that respond promptly, thoroughly, and with genuine professionalism. Link Plastic Surgery is not one of them. Save yourself the disrespect and look elsewhere

The translators are really friendly and patient.
During the consultation I was with a lady who speaks English.
During the procedure I was with a lady who speaks mandarin.
Both are great and translating what the consultant and doctor said professionally.
My skin is thin and I highlighted this to them hence during the numbing procedure the employee applied a thick thick thick layer.
Doctor is gentle and calm despite me shedding tears while he performed the eye Botox.
It was my very first time getting such injections and their professionalism somehow helped with my anxiety.
The doctor was like βcry after the procedureβ and moved on right away lol

The rudest most unprofessional, discourteous coordinators I have ever encountered in my life. They ghosted my sister and I and right before they ghosted us, they wouldnβt tell us the name of who we were texting with and lied about having whatssap issues and not knowing who my sister was. It has been a horrible experience before we even scheduled anything. Go somewhere else. JW is amazing. DO NOT TRY THIS RUDE CLINIC. ImaginΓ© if they ghost you before the surgery how they will treat you after.
