It was a super smooth session. The staff was ultra kind and supportive, the consultation was very specific and made sure to fit my needs in what I needed and the procedure was really well done. I already see the results and it's only been a few days. Definitely going back very soon :)

This was absolutely a terrible experience. I paid $400 for absolutely nothing. The staff were extremely rude and completely uninterested — this place is clearly only focused on making more money. It is not a clinic that listens to you or tries to help you.
For example, the doctor who performs the Botox doesn’t even look at your face or speak to you. Someone else prepares you, then the doctor comes in, performs the injections in under a minute, continues even though you are in pain, and leaves the room without saying a single word.
The woman during the consultation was a complete disaster. Even though I clearly said multiple times that I wanted injections for my face and kept asking if it was an injection — and she repeatedly said yes — when it came time for the procedure, they performed a Derma Pen treatment instead (microneedling, as she called it). As soon as they started the procedure, I told them this was not what I wanted and that I had asked for injections. However, they said they had already started and could not change it. Not wanting to ruin my mood during my trip, I didn’t push further and tried to still enjoy the treatments I had come for, but I was extremely upset.
After the procedure, I asked to speak with a manager and ended up speaking with the manager, who treated me just as harshly. They made a ridiculous comment like offering me a free hair treatment “next time.” Do they really think I would ever come back to such a terrible clinic?
I am not in this industry. They later told me that microneedling is not an injection and that I should have known that — essentially blaming me — despite the fact that I clearly and repeatedly said during the consultation that I wanted injections.
The same goes for my hair and face treatments. It has been more than two weeks since the procedures, and I have seen absolutely no improvement or positive results. If they had not told me it was an injection when I specifically asked, I might have chosen something else like Rejuran.
This place is awful. Do not go there — it is a waste of your money. I am sure there are other clinics where they treat you like a human being, actually look at your face, and care about what you want.
I have photos and documentation to support everything I’ve written here, and I am considering filing a formal complaint.

This aesthetic dermatology clinic is very professional and trustworthy. I had filler, botox and other treatments here, and the overall experience was excellent. The doctor and the consultant analyzed my skin condition and gave personalized recommendations instead of pushing unnecessary procedures.
Everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The results turned out very natural—exactly what I was hoping for.
I’m really satisfied with the outcome and would definitely come back again.

Just had the most AMAZING experience here. I made an appointment on what's app a month before my trip from the USA. I showed up today and I made my appointment for the wrong month!! They still accommodated me within 15 minutes. They were so professional. They had multiple English speakers on staff. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. The waiting room and all treatment rooms are so clean and stunning. They did not try to upsell me on anything. Super honest about what would actually help my skin and what would be a waste of money. All work was performed by a licensed medical doctor. It did not feel like churn and burn the factory at all. Would happily come back!
