I did a color analysis with Hanna and she was so thorough. She recommended everything from hair color, to eyeshadow, lip color, foundation, to jewellery.
Joey recommended my skincare products, and took the time to look through my personal list of skincare products I wanted to get. He made recommendations after listening to my skin concerns and type.
Overall experience: It was good, but some parts were rushed. I had to wait about 20 mins before my appointments started as previous appointments went late. The waiting area was packed with a lot of people, so it wasn't serene.
I received a complimentary lymphatic drainage via the bodysuit since they accidentally booked me for the wrong date. I would recommend it for foreigners who want to be able to communicate with the staff easily, but do feel like we are paying a foreigner premium for it.

OMG, I absolutely LOVE Inko Seoul!!! 😍 I got the skin analysis and the Instant Glow Package with cold plasma, blue light therapy, and peeling, and it was 1000% worth it. The skin analysis was so detailed, Von explained everything clearly, and everyone was incredibly kind and professional. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and so relaxing, and my skin looked brighter, smoother, and was literally glowing right after my treatment. Such a fun and genuinely informative experience from start to finish.
We booked the skin analysis with the premium glow facial, and everything exceeded expectations. Joey was fantastic — he took the time to really understand what we wanted, asked about our budget, and carefully walked us through the different add-ons without ever being pushy (which can be quite common at clinics in Seoul). His recommendations felt thoughtful, realistic, and tailored specifically to us, rather than overwhelming.
The facial with Hyojin was equally impressive — very precise, gentle, and clearly done with great care and expertise.
The whole team was warm and welcoming, and it really felt like they enjoy what they do. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a personalised and pressure-free experience.

Amazing experience here. This place has become quite popular so there was a bit of a wait when we arrived even though we had a booking, but could understand the delay once we went through it. Each part of the process is treated with detail and each member of staff demonstrates the utmost patience in answering all our many questions.
It started with a skincare analysis. Results were expertly delivered by Ilsup who explained all of it in a way that was extremely easy to understand. In particular appreciate that he was not spinning the results to tell us how bad our skin situation was to upsell treatments we did not need. He was honest, genuine and very professional and knowledgable. I learnt a lot about my skin condition and the pros and cons of different skin types.
Next was the facial itself - I chose the "instant glow" treatment. It was the most relaxing facial thanks to Seowon's experienced techniques and one of the best face, neck and décolleté massages I've had. He explained each step he was doing with such gentleness and he was so friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our lovely chat while receiving an amazing facial.
Lastly, Ilsup came back to give us personalised skincare products based on the results of our skincare analysis as well as the skincare goals we want to achieve. Loved that we got a personalised shopping list that we could pick up easily at Olive Young - all reasonably priced, down to earth recommendations - again not pressured on us, and he even suggested just using water as a cleanser instead at times when I feel like my skin is clean already. All very practical recommendations.
Huge shout out to Ilsup and Seowon for taking care of us so well. The "instant glow" facial is no lie - my skin was instantly glowing and still continues to carry a healthy glow now a few days later! Very happy with the experience and results. Highly recommend to all.
