My Korean friend has recommended this clinic to me. Over the year I have been to this clinic several time and I really appreciate Dr.Lee and his team. His new location is super convenient but same level of service and same team, that's how you know this place is solid.
Dr.Lee will always start with full face scanning to really see what to proceed. He will then customize his treatment suggestion to what your skin really need. He does not push you to do treatment that's maybe trendy but not suitable to your skin.
His team is superb at what they do, their treatment massage is spot on. The treatment room is private and is a comfortable room. The face cream from his clinic is also great for post treatment.
Will definitely visit this clinic again when I am in Seoul.

I had an excellent experience at HtoO Skin Clinic. I visited because my skin was extremely dry and my skin barrier had been compromised. The clinic began with a detailed skin analysis using 3D imaging, which clearly showed the condition of my skin.
Dr. Lee personally reviewed the results with me and provided a thorough consultation, explaining the damage to my skin barrier and recommending a treatment plan. The facial included hydro-based machines and other treatments focused on restoring hydration and repairing my skin.
The esthetician who performed the facial was highly professional, well-trained, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire process. The clinic itself is exceptionally clean, professional, and thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and comfortable environment.
Overall, I highly recommend HtoO Skin Clinic for anyone looking for professional, personalized skincare treatment.

I came here on a recommendation from my friend and Iβm so glad I did!! Felt so safe and reassured for my treatments because the consultation was with Dr.Lee himself. All of the staff are wonderful and make you feel very taken care of as well.
Some context:
Iβm new to skin treatments but wanted to try because Korea is the land of glass skin π
I did not want to go to a factory clinic.
My experience:
The staff are very welcoming and they took a 3D image of my skin first before seeing Dr. Lee. From there, I was able to ask questions and express my concerns about my skin directly to him. He let me know that I had very dry skin and gave me tips and recommendations on how to care for it. He was very direct/clear and did not try to upsell me on any procedures that I didnβt need so I felt like I could trust his judgment fully. Someone was available to help translate as well, which was helpful.
My main concerns were my wide jaw (TMJ), thin/dry skin, and double chin.
List of treatments I had done:
Medytox for jaw (toxins)
Mesotherapy for jaw (fat dissolver)
Allergan SkinVive for full face (ha injection)
LDM moisture therapy
Lifting
Injections were done in a separate room by Dr.Lee and the lifting and moisture therapy by another skilled technician. Dr. Lee was quick with the injections and I was given numbing cream which helped with the pain of the injections. None of the procedures felt rushed and it was like a vip experience!!
Iβm so excited to see the results in 2 weeks and try the skincare I bought as well.
If you are looking for somewhere reliable (they have actually been open for 22 years now), with great service, and that actually cares for your skin and general wellbeing HtoO is the place to go!! Highly recommend β€οΈ

This is a long overdue review.
Coming from the U.S. it is tough to decide on which dermatology clinic to go to in Seoul. I avoid places that over-promise and under-deliver or use pricing as bait. I want a reputable place with proven results using quality products and new technology.
I am so glad a friend referred HtoO. This clinic is now my go-to for all face treatments! I love the pampering I get from the time I step into the clinic to the time I leave. I enjoy the white glove care and the HtoO staff are meticulously caring, gentle and super coordinated. Everything (face cleanse, mask or numbing applications) happens in your own private room with soothing music and heated bed before and after your treatments -- love the privacy!
The magic comes from the doctors. I am a fan of their personalized anti-aging and dermatologic approaches. I am usually in Seoul for two weeks and there is never a down-time where I am unable to leave my hotel room. The post-care is outstanding and that is just as important as the procedures itself.
For anyone considering skin care in the Gangnam area, I highly recommend HtoO for all your personalized treatments.
