I underwent alarplasty here after seeing the clinic’s high rating on sungyesa. The staff were very patient, the doctor (kind of) spoke English, and we spent over 2 hours on the consultation even though we could only communicate via papago. He was the only doctor that recommended just an alarplasty when all the other clinics i consulted pushed full nosejobs, and the price quoted had almost no foreigner upcharge (₩1.5M), which I was really happy about. This especially because Dr. Ham’s credentials, which were one of if not the most impressive of all the doctors I consulted with.
There were only two downsides:
1. The clinic’s English contact link didn’t work, so I had to speak Japanese to get the initial consultation. The consultation itself was in English though.
2. The aftercare hotline wasn’t 24/7. Luckily my recovery had no issues
If I decide to come back for a full rhinoplasty, this place would definitely be at the top of my list. A hidden gem imo

If you’re considering any nose surgery or cosmetic procedure, I would definitely recommend visiting them for a consultation before making your decision. Even if you end up exploring other options, I think it’s worth meeting their team and hearing their opinion first.

I visited because the director is very famous for male rhinoplasty. I felt confident because he calmly explained how to tailor the procedure to each individual's face shape and vibe—not just to make it look like a celebrity's nose, but to suit the look well without being excessive—and I am actually very satisfied with the results. If you are hoping for a bold, masculine nose line, I believe you will not regret it.
