I had a wonderful experience at Class One Clinic and would highly recommend Dr. Kim and Joy to anyone considering aesthetic treatments in Seoul. From the initial consultation, Joy was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to understand my concerns, explain the treatment options clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. As an international visitor, I especially appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness and warm hospitality. Dr. Kim was thorough, honest and highly skilled. Rather than recommending unnecessary procedures, he carefully assessed my facial structure and concerns before proposing a personalised treatment plan. What impressed me most was the clinic’s focus on achieving natural-looking results rather than over-treatment. The entire team was professional, friendly and efficient, and the clinic itself was modern, clean and welcoming. Thank you Dr. Kim and Joy for the excellent care and experience. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Seoul.

I went to have my treatment at the clinic last week. I was greeted by K.Napasorn who can communicate with me in Thai and she is very nice and kind. She always there to communicate for you. I then met with the doctor (the same person who did my treatment which is unlike other factory clinic where you dont know who will be doing the treatment for you) for consultation before the treatment. He is so skillful and clam. Overall experience was great. I notice a great result on my lifting and skin. Would go back if I visit Korea again.

I had a great experience at this clinic today. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and made me feel at ease. The Thai translator (P’เดือน) was excellent clear, attentive, and made sure I understood everything throughout my visit. The service was smooth and well-organized. Doctor L was wonderful, kind and professional. I felt genuinely cared for during my treatment. Highly recommend this clinic, especially for Thai patients looking for a comfortable and supportive experience!

Everything was organized perfectly, and we felt very well taken care of. They even gave us a lovely gift package, which was such a thoughtful touch. The entire experience exceeded our expectations.
