Day two... Because of great people i met, i have the chance to visit a palace.... a great place... a gem of the town maybe... this Chaum is a high end medical center (they combine a high tech, future treatment to a medical check up). Their program is amazing and out of the box. The medical facilities and the building facilities is amazing... felt like i went into a pyramid... Love to bring my wife to this facilities, i bet she will love it... Anti aging, if you looking for the true meeaning of anti aging, you should go here... "the art of aging beautifully"

Foreigner money trap: overpriced and disorganised Chaum is a commercial private medical centre aimed at extracting as much money as possible from foreigners. This is not the place where you’ll find honest, careful doctors who genuinely care about solving your health problem. The pricing is ridiculous. Basic tests here can cost 3–5 times more than in other hospitals in Seoul. If something costs around ₩700,000 elsewhere, Chaum can easily charge several million won for a similar or even more basic experience. You pay premium prices, but the service is low quality, disorganised, and not professional. I spent more time being anxious and worrying at this place, than actually improving my health issues. I regretted I chose this clinic for my diagnostics. Everything felt very disorganised and messy. Nobody clearly explained what was happening, how much things cost, or what I was paying for, when my results will be released, etc . It felt like people were working there for the first day and had no idea how their own system works. The translator was not there just to help, they acted like a salesperson whose job was to push more tests and more diagnostics. The doctors were dismissive, rushed, and not interested in actually listening. One doctor was even rude and raised their voice. For a place that calls itself “premium,” the level of care was embarrassing. If you critically question whether you actually need certain tests, they treat you like you’re stupid or difficult for not agreeing to pay for even more diagnostics. It’s not medical care, it’s aggressive upselling disguised as “thorough testing.” The funniest thing , once they send you all the test results and you make the final payment, they block you and stop responding altogether. You are then unable to contact them or ask any follow-up questions or ask for the correct version of the results. The clinic is ridiculous. For the amount of money this private clinic charges, this level of service is unacceptable. In my experience, the communication and aftercare have been extremely poor. 🟢If you’re looking for a real hospital in Seoul where doctors actually know what they’re doing and you can get properly examined without the over-glorified private clinic nonsense, go to a university hospital instead, for example, Chung-Ang University Hospital or Hanyang University Hospital. You’ll get a much more serious medical approach, better organisation, and less of this commercial upselling. The best hospitals in Seoul are university hospitals. Chaum was a complete waste of time and money. I would never recommend it, especially to foreigners.

I went here for a facial and other treatments. It was ok but the problem is they charge foreigners more. I went to another clinic and found the prices to be fair. You can find clinics that do the same if not better at a fairer price. I went to FiNe clinic after and I loved it there.

I went here for a regular medical check up because it was recommended by my in-laws, but the total cost and the quality of service was absolutely not what I expected. I was charged about 2 times more for a very basic procedure than it would cost me in any other hospital and even a lot more than that because they don't accept national health coverage. The service was very mediocre and the doctor was very dismissive! When I asked a few questions about my skin problems the doctor didn't even look at me, not to mention examine anything. What kind of nonsense is that? When I was told to provide urine sample, instead of providing privacy, they put me in a tiny makeshift room adjacent to the room where the nurses were sitting and chatting, are you for real? With the prices you charge here, you can't afford to make an actual bathroom for people to provide samples? Now for a hospital that calls itself "premium" there was nothing premium about what I experienced. It's basically an over-glorified private clinic that overcharges for every little thing and provides mediocre services. Do yourself a favor and pick a real hospital like Samsung medical center, Seoul national university hospital or Yonsei severance hospital. At least the doctors will be competent and you'll pay way less.
