has anyone used a medical interpreter service for appointments? is it worth paying for or is google translate good enough for consultations

i used one for a surgery consult and it was worth it, medical vocab is where translate apps fall apart. for a simple skincare consult probably overkill though

depends how complex your procedure is. for anything surgical i'd pay for the interpreter, for a facial nah
