how far ahead do you need to book a consultation?

how far ahead do you need to book a consultation? im planning a ~10 day trip in october and dont want to show up and find out everyone's booked

book at least 2-3 weeks out for the popular ones. some of them get booked way faster than you'd expect especially in fall
